Refine Enhancements is honored to help you enhance your natural beauty through expert cosmetic tattooing and fine-line artistry. To ensure a seamless and luxurious experience, please follow the steps below:
1. Select Your Service – Choose from brows, eyeliner, lips, freckles, or fine-line tattoo artistry.
2. Choose a Date & Time – Select a convenient date and time that works for you.
3. Secure with a Deposit – A non-refundable $200 scheduling fee is required to confirm your appointment. This will be applied toward your total.
4. Receive Confirmation – A confirmation email will be sent with all prep guidelines to ensure the best results.

Scheduling Fee: A non-refundable $200 scheduling fee is required to secure your appointment.
Payment Methods: Cash (preferred and discounted), Credit/Debit Cards, and Venmo.
Remaining Balance: Due at your appointment. Please plan your payment method in advance for a seamless experience with Refine Enhancements.
Why We Require a Scheduling Fee
Every appointment is meticulously prepared in advance. The scheduling fee reserves your time exclusively and reflects a commitment to the premium service we provide.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. While we aim to be flexible, please understand that our time is reserved just for you.
Rescheduling:
One-time courtesy reschedule allowed with at least 72 hours’ notice.
Additional changes will require a new scheduling fee.
Cancellation:
All scheduling fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will forfeit the scheduling fee.
Future appointments will require a scheduling fee.
Multiple Services:
Each service is subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling policies.
No-Show & Late Arrival Policy
Punctuality ensures the best results and honors the time of every client.
You will be marked as a no-show if:
You miss your appointment
You arrive more than 10 minutes late without notice
In either case:
Your deposit is forfeited
You will be charged 50% of the service fee
Full prepayment will be required for future bookings
Emergency Exceptions:
We’re human too. If an emergency occurs, please contact us as soon as possible. If proper documentation is provided (e.g., a doctor’s note), the no-show fee may be waived at our discretion.
Tip: Always plan for weather, traffic, and personal commitments. Booking a cosmetic tattoo is an investment—protect your time as much as we protect your beauty.
We offer a 10-minute grace period. After that, the appointment is considered a no-show and must be rescheduled.
Arriving late can reduce procedure time and affect the final result—we want you to get the best outcome possible.
Refund Policy
All scheduling fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Services are non-refundable once performed.
If you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to discuss next steps under our touch-up policy.
Touch-Up Policy & Expectations
A touch-up is a separate appointment and is not included in the initial session price. It is highly recommended for best results and should be scheduled 6–12 weeks after your first procedure.
Important Notes:
Everyone heals differently—some clients may need more pigment than others.
Touch-ups refine shape, color, and retention—not to change your design or start over.
Additional touch-ups beyond the initial one will be subject to a fee.
If your touch-up is scheduled after 12 weeks, a higher fee will apply.

Gift Card Policy
I offers electronic gift cards for select services and custom amounts. Please read the terms below before purchasing or redeeming a gift card:
• All gift card sales are final. Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, in part or in full.
• Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired gift cards will not be accepted.
• Gift cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the original recipient unless authorized by Refine Enhancements.
• Lost, stolen, or expired gift cards will not be replaced or reissue
• Gift cards are valid toward in-studio services only and cannot be applied to products, gratuity, or services from third parties.
• Possession of a gift card does not guarantee availability. All appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to my current availability.
• Gift card holders must meet all health and eligibility requirements listed on the Safety & Eligibility Guidelines page.
• All appointments booked with a gift card are subject to studio policies, including cancellation and rescheduling terms.
Physical Gift Cards
Physical gift cards are available upon request for special occasions and in-studio pick-up only. If you’d prefer a physical card, please reach out directly.
By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to all of the above terms.
By booking an appointment, you agree to all studio policies, including our cancellation, no-show, rescheduling, touch-up, and e/gift card policies.

Do I need to send photos before booking?

*Failure to receive approval before booking will result in cancellation and loss of your deposit. No exceptions.

Can I book if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
For safety reasons, we do not perform cosmetic tattoo procedures on pregnant or breastfeeding clients. Your health comes first.

Cosmetic tattooing (also known as PMU or permanent makeup) is a specialized form of tattooing that uses fine needles and pigments to enhance natural features like brows, lips, and eyes. Unlike traditional tattoos, cosmetic tattoos are meant to fade over time and require periodic touch-ups.

Is it painful?
Everyone’s pain tolerance is different. Most clients report minimal discomfort, often describing the sensation as a light scratching or pressure. A high-quality topical numbing agent is used throughout to keep you comfortable.

Loyalty & Pricing Policy
I truly value my returning clients and appreciate your trust in my work. My pricing reflects the skill, time, and expertise required, especially when working over previous cosmetic tattooing. However, I want to reward your loyalty while maintaining the integrity of my services.
Pricing for Clients with Previous Work (Done Elsewhere):
If you have previous cosmetic tattooing (brows, eyeliner, lips) from another artist, your service will be priced as a new service plus due to the additional work required.
Corrections, color adjustments, and shape refinements require extra time and expertise, which is why these services are priced as new services, not touch-ups.
Loyalty Perks for Returning Clients:
Annual Refresh Discount – If you return for a color boost within 12-18 months, you’ll receive 10% off the service. This discount applies only to work originally done by Refine Enhancements.
Multiple Service Perk – Book another service (e.g., eyeliner after brows), and you will be charged as a new service plus, but you’ll receive a small loyalty perk, such as:
$50 off the new service OR
A free beauty product (lash serum or brow gel). This can be on separate days, or both services can be done on the same day, depending on your preference.
Referral Reward – Refer a friend who books a new service, and you’ll receive $25 off your next service as a thank-you!
